[Docs] Add SECURITY.md file

### Description
This project currently does not have a `SECURITY.md` file.
Adding a Security Policy helps contributors and users know how to report vulnerabilities responsibly.

### Expected Addition
- Create a `SECURITY.md` file in the root directory.
- Include details on how to report security issues (e.g., email address or GitHub security contact).
- Reference best practices for disclosing vulnerabilities.

### Additional Context
Having a clear security policy improves trust and transparency, making the project more robust and welcoming for security researchers.
