### 💡 Problem Description
Currently, users have to scroll manually to return to the top of the page, which can be inconvenient—especially on longer pages. This affects overall user experience and accessibility.

Implement a **"Back to Top" floating arrow button** that:
- Appears after the user scrolls down a certain distance.
- Smoothly scrolls the page back to the top when clicked.
- Matches the website's current theme and style.
- Is responsive and does not overlap important UI elements.

This feature will enhance **user navigation** and reduce scrolling fatigue.
It’s a beginner-friendly enhancement suitable for **GSSoC’25 contributors**.
