Add team management

Currently, edit rights to project pages are given on a itch.io namespace basis. For example, the itch.io user akiba has edit rights to all projects linked to the domain akiba.itch.io.

While this is sufficient for the beginning, we need to add a dashboard where primary owners can invite and manage others users to collaborate with.
