"Request a new" in top bar navi stacks up and does not bring me back when "cancel" is pressed

# What happened?
"Request a new" calls stack up and pressing cancel button does not cancel them all and does not bring me back to my initial page.

# What did you expect to happen?
Pressing cancel button should bring me back to my initial view, i.e. topics overview page in this particular example.
