if a consumer_member X do not call the https://docs.confluent.io/platform/current/kafka-rest/api.html#delete--consumers-(string-group_name)-instances-(string-instance) to remove the consumer_member of the consumer_group

then it take super long for a rebalance to be trigger on the consumer_group , and other process can't consume the partitions of the consumer_member X

would it be possible to setup a timeout on karapace for the consumer_members not calling karapace anymore, so karapace remove the associated consumer ?
