When oauth2 settings enabled, reflect in swagger authorizations

# What is currently missing?

Currently, when running with KARAPACE_SASL_OAUTHBEARER settings enabled, the swagger authorization options only present the HTTPBasic option. I'd like the ability to paste a token into the authorize section from the swagger page as well.

# How could this be improved?

When any of the KARAPACE_SASL_OAUTHBEARER options are set, add token authentication as an option in the swagger security options. I'm _relatively_ sure that its a pretty small tweak on the swagger settings.
