**Describe the bug**
Linux version 4.19.36-1.2.159.cp15.aarch64
python2.7
Download opencv_contrib_python-4.2.0.32-cp27-cp27*.whl, All the opencv_contrib_python.whl files of Python 2.7 are downloaded and then installed. All the files fail to be installed, and this error is reported.
ERROR: opencv_contrib_python-3.2.0.7-cp27-cp27m* is not a supported wheel on this platform.

Steps to reproduce the behavior:
1. Go to Linux /usr/lib/python27/site-packages input'wget https://files.pythonhosted.org/packages/95/c8/a44ff37bbff247d1015d441cd185cc4e8c79cccecd610785ef0a30cb3ef6/opencv_contrib_python-4.2.0.32-cp27-cp27mu-manylinux1_x86_64.whl'
2. Download 'opencv_contrib_python-4.2.0.32-cp27-cp27mu-manylinux1_x86_64.whl'
3. Input 'pip install opencv_contrib_python-4.2.0.32-cp27-cp27mu-manylinux1_x86_64.whl'
