**Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.**
The extension should allow to highlighting of a message in the chat.
**Describe the solution you'd like**
The extension should ideally add a button in the dropdown of each message.
Clicking on that button should show an HTML element (overlay) in the stream-bot output HTML. As a result, the stream overlay shows the message as highlighted.
