Add Getting started step to page similar to [this](https://www.agileventures.org/getting-started-7). The static content of the page is read from API end point `api/v1/static-pages/getting-started-7`
## Expected Behavior
User is able to access the getting started Page 7 content from the url `/getting-started-7`
## Current Behavior
The getting started page 7 has not been added yet
## Possible Solution
Fetch content from api endpoint `api/v1/static-pages/getting-started-7` and display on a page on a component
