RM does not propagate

Create 2 wh folders with same content

create a new file in the second
delete it in the first
-> the second sill has the file
do `echo "replace" > first/file`
The first's file content is indeed "replace", but the second one still has the old content

Edit -> this seems to only happens when the two pods are in the same service
