説明
`TeensyBoundary`, the `IPhysicalBoundary` that runs on the Pi, abstracts over what types of values or what packet data source it is reading from. Because of this, it is possible to test the behavior of `TeensyBoundary` by injecting simulated "fake" values and packet data sources through the constructor.
Write these tests. Look at the tests for `FakeBoundary` for ideas of behaviors.
