Description

Hi there,

ACF 5.8-beta2 added support for supports option when registering new blocks, but it seems that anchor isn’t included. When using 'supports' => ['anchor' => true], the option is present is in the editor sidebar under “advanced”, but not saved.

Is this featured planned?

Thanks.

Research direction

Start by reproducing the issue with an ACF block registered using supports => ['anchor' => true] in the Gutenberg editor. Trace the block registration and save path to determine why the anchor shown under Advanced is not persisted; done means the configured anchor is saved and restored for the block.
