Description
Woocommerce has given the oportunity with the latest updates to use the new Product editor, which is Gutenberg related if I am not mistaken.
If you have any custom fields that are for woocommerce products as the title says, will not be shown there.
What you have to do is simple, go to Woocommerce - settings - advanced - enable new product editor.
On the ACF give a demo field and relate it to product.

Research direction
Reproduce the issue by going to WooCommerce → Settings → Advanced, enabling the new product editor, then creating an ACF field related to Product. Verify whether the field appears in the new editor and trace the WooCommerce/Gutenberg product-editor integration; no file or test is named, so done means the field is visible there.
