Description
Create a custom ACF block with a Number field in it.
Copy any number into the clipboard, click in the Number field, and hit Ctrl-V.
The entire block gets deleted, and replaced with the number you copied.

Research direction
Reproduce the problem with a custom ACF block containing a Number field, then trace the paste handling for that field when Ctrl-V is used. Done means pasting a number inserts it into the Number field without deleting or replacing the block.
