Different image tag name per base Alpine version

First, thank you for your great project.

Our project use following Docker images,

* jdk-11.0.7_10-alpine
* jre-11.0.7_10-alpine

but after #348, Alpine Linux version of the base image was upgraded from 3.11 to 3.12 unexpectedly. We want to control the timing that the base Alpine Linux is changed.

Do you have any plan to publish Docker image with different tag name per Alpine version (i.e. jre-11.0.7_10-alpine3.11, jre-11.0.7_10-alpine3.12, etc)? Many language images provide them.

Or, is there any other way that we can specify the Alpine version?
