Description
None of the examples demonstrating command plugins are visible in the Plug-Ins menu, but after much frustration found out that they do show up in the Plugins panel. Are the examples broken somehow, InDesign broken, or this intended (but if so most baffling) behavior?

(Also just now noticed the difference in spelling, sometimes it is Plug-Ins with a dash and sometimes Plugins without… Consistency please!)

Research direction
Start by reproducing the command-plugin examples in InDesign and compare their visibility in the Plug-Ins menu and Plugins panel. Confirm whether the behavior is intended and identify the inconsistent Plug-Ins/Plugins spelling; done means the behavior is clarified or corrected and the naming is consistent.
