Incomplete documentation or possible Product issue - Why can’t I select Analytics as my reporting source when I create an activity?

In a recent Adobe Customer Care Support Request [E-000978244](https://adminconsole.adobe.com/165958B4533AEE5B0A490D45@AdobeOrg/support/support-cases/E-000978244) we discovered that when someone set the Adobe Target Administration > Reporting Experience Cloud Solution > Select per activity to one of the choices then when trying to launch an Auto-Target activity Live we saw a vague error message and we were unable to launch the activity.
