CNAME process for Target incorrectly

I opened a similar issue, https://github.com/AdobeDocs/core-services.en/issues/11

Both pages refer to a xlsx file
https://github.com/AdobeDocs/target-dev.en/blob/main/help/dev/before-implement/assets/FPC_Request_Form.xlsx
which contains an out of date email address.

This is confusing to customers as they cannot follow the process.
Once the file has been fixed both issues will be resolved.

Start by reading ./help/dev/before-implement/implement-cname-support-in-target.md and inspecting the referenced FPC_Request_Form.xlsx. Confirm which email address is outdated, then update the form and verify that the CNAME process no longer sends customers to it; both this issue and the related core-services issue should be covered.
