Page incorrectly rendered

The text towards the top of the page reads:

I assume `{target=“_blank”}` should not be visible, probably because of the fancy quotes.

Open modules/creation-production/module1.3/ex1.md and inspect the link near the top of the page, especially the target attribute syntax. Preview or render the page to confirm the target text is no longer visible while the link still opens correctly.
