Steps on Creating a new DataStream to send data to Experience Platform need an update

Hi Team

As i was following through the steps, these seems to be have completely changed in the latest version. Most of the screenshot don't match in DataStream creation process.

For example: As soon as i click on Create Datastream, i see a screen that asks me to select the mapping schema, which dont match to what mentioned in the tutorial!

Further, there is no Next screen, instead we have Save or Save and Mapping! And once the DataStream is created, there is no option click on toggle button nor any option to select sandbox and on click of save, instead we need to add services. I also didn't see any environment listed!

Can you make relevant changes to reflect latest version and workflow?
