Screenshots are old and doesn't show actual setting we have now in the launch

Issue in ./help/tutorial-web-sdk/setup-target.md

Can we please update the screenshots with the latest UI now we have more options in launch i.e. render visual personalization has option for send display notification which is not there in current screenshot.

This screenshot is old we need new one and may be more screenshots needs to be updated.

Open ./help/tutorial-web-sdk/setup-target.md and inspect the existing screenshots against the current Launch UI. Update the outdated image, including the Render visual personalization setting with the Send display notification option, and check whether other screenshots in the same section are also outdated. Done means the tutorial images match the current available options.
