The code snippet for tracking custom events does not seem to be right

The code snippet under the title "Custom-tracked events" does not seem to be right. In my testing , I do not see an item with schema type "https://ns.adobe.com/personalization/measurement" delivered for a FBC Activity. Not clear what needs to be done on the Activity for such a schema type to be delivered with the propositions. When does such an item get delivered? Can we please add more details on how to implement click tacking with an end to end example?

Review ./help/tutorial-migrate-target-websdk/track-events.md, especially the "Custom-tracked events" snippet, and investigate when the measurement schema is delivered for a FBC Activity. Confirm the click-tracking flow and update the example with the required Activity setup, delivery conditions, and an end-to-end implementation.
