Specify segment Evaluation Method upon Segment Creation

When creating the segment, you now have the ability of selecting the Evaluation Method (by default is Batch). I believe we should explicitly select Edge for the Target use case exercise.

Open help/tutorial-comprehensive-technical-v22/modules/module6/ex1.md and review the segment-creation step for the Target use case. Update the instructions so the Evaluation Method is explicitly set to Edge rather than relying on the default Batch setting, then verify the surrounding exercise remains consistent.
