Issue in PDF services document generation.

3 weeks back I was able to generate document using template. If I create a new template and upload for doc generation, I get this error messages below from API. I am not sure why API things the file is corrupted. I am able to open the docs template in my words exactly fine. Can you please help root cause this issue? I am preparing a demo for my leadership to buy in this service for our document generation needs. The error message contains requestId that may help you root cause this issue.

IF I upload the old template that I created 4 weeks back, it works file. If I just re-save the same old template again and upload I get this corrupted file error.

I will appreciate the help to prepare for demo and convince my leadership to officially buy this service for org-wide document generation.

Start by reproducing the document-generation request with the newly saved template and compare it with the older template that still works. Use the reported requestId, requestTrackingId, CORRUPT_DOCUMENT error, and statusCode 400 when investigating; done means identifying a reproducible cause or a documented service-side resolution.
