Issue in /src/pages/overview/pdf-services-api/index.md

It seems that enterprise accounts are not able to enable the PDF services API index - When trying to create credentials, we receive an error message stating our enterprise account does not have the necessary permissions to do so (attached).

Would we be able to receive support for this issue? We are essentially trying to enable the API service to be utilized for an automated process created through Power Automate.
