List of albums / images per album

Hi folks. I'm photographer using lightroom CC share & invite function very often to publish my collections. I've decided to finally build personal portfolio on my own and I would like to know if there is a possibility to list all my albums and underlying photos via some API. That way i can easily integrate my website to fetch the data without additional manual work. I know that in adobe package one can use adobe portfolio but i simply don't like it and want to do this integration by myself my way.
