Confusing "Profile toggle" instructions

The doc has a caution

"_Datasets cannot not be turned on for real time profile service. Please make sure that the Profile toggle is turned off._"

Its factually incorrect as one of my customer has enabled "Journey step event" dataset for profile so it certainly 'can be' turned on.

Open help/using/building-journeys/sharing-overview.md and review the caution about datasets and the Profile toggle, using the linked documentation page for context. Update the wording so it accurately reflects that a dataset such as Journey step event can be enabled for profile, then verify that the caution is factually clear.
