Data Prep Mappings Export

We need to promote a Data Prep for Data Collection mapping configuration containing more than 400 mappings from a Dev sandbox datastream to a Stage sandbox datastream. The Import Mapping UI only supports datastreams within the same sandbox. Can this mapping configuration be copied cross sandbox through the Data Collection APIs or an Adobe supported migration process? We need to preserve all direct and calculated mappings.

Verify whether the Data Collection APIs or an Adobe-supported migration process handles cross-sandbox configurations, including direct and calculated mappings.
