Adobe Target implementation with Web SDK

In the table where it says, "Adobe Target implementation with Web SDK"
This should also include a customer integrating with Adobe Target directly via the Edge Network API. The use of the WebSDK is not necessary to access the edge segmentation and edge profile capabilities. It can be done with the WebSDK or with the Edge Network API.

There are also some additional considerations to implementing the RTCDP + Target connection that are outlined in the blueprint that I would like to move to the destination documentation and out of the blueprint.

Start with help/destinations/catalog/personalization/adobe-target-connection.md and inspect the referenced Data Collection API personalization guide and known-personalization blueprint. Update the table to cover both Web SDK and Edge Network API integrations, then move the relevant RTCDP + Target considerations into the destination documentation and verify the links and wording.
