Ingest time series data to the streaming connection

Under the following section - there is a much simpler version of data collection payload now that does not require the headers shown in the body.

Instead you just put the x-adobe-flow-id in the request header, then all you need to do is include the XDM JSON payload.

Recommend updating this tutorial to reflect that since it is a much simpler approach.

Open ./help/ingestion/tutorials/streaming-time-series-data.md and locate the data collection payload section described in the issue. Review the current request example, then update the tutorial to show the x-adobe-flow-id request header with only the XDM JSON payload. Done means the tutorial reflects the simpler collection approach.
