Can we add some notes here about what Edge Segmentation does not support

Issue in ./help/segmentation/api/edge-segmentation.md

For example - Edge segmentation does not support sequential evaluation of events. It would be good to call this out as this has resulted in customer support escalations.

Start with help/segmentation/api/edge-segmentation.md and review the surrounding guidance for Edge segmentation limitations. Add a clear note that sequential evaluation of events is not supported, and consider the issue complete when this limitation is documented in that file.
