Can we add detail on the entity delete API?

Customers use this to delete profiles.
We would like this documented as an official approach for deleting profiles.
- add detail around guardrails what is the max throughput rps
- does deletion request delete all related profile fragments related through ID graph, or just the provided profile and identity.

Update help/profile/api/overview.md using the linked Entities deleteEntity API reference as the starting point. Confirm the maximum throughput in requests per second and whether deletion covers related profile fragments through the ID graph or only the supplied profile and identity. Done means the official profile-deletion guidance includes both answers and the relevant guardrails.
