Video and transcript/subtitles are not synchronized

The first 26-27 seconds of the Metadata Export video are not included in the transcript. The subtitles at the beginning of the video are missing those 26-27 first seconds, thus not synchronized.

Open help/assets/metadata/metadata-import-export.md and review the Metadata Export video, transcript, and subtitles from the beginning. Check the first 26–27 seconds against the text and subtitle timing; done means those opening seconds are included and the transcript and subtitles are synchronized with the video.
