### Expected behavior

I expected to be able to access the developer distribution portal to manage our CEP application

### Actual behavior

Blank white screen with multiple console errors. Tried in multiple browsers and clearing browser cache.

Log in to https://developer.adobe.com/developer-distribution/creative-cloud/
Click "distribute" in the upper right, or "launch developer distribution" in the center
See a blank white screen

### Environment

- Browser: Chrome and Firefox
- OS: MacOS Ventura 13.4
