Support for Hybrid ACC v7 missing

Issue in ./help/discover/using/key-features.md
Please, clarify that Hybrid ACC v7 is supported too. And that some CP features are unavaible for Hybrid.

You can see that hybrid instances are missing.

The page [Add MID/RT instances (hybrid model)](https://experienceleague.adobe.com/docs/control-panel/using/instances-settings/external-accounts.html?lang=en). shows that Hybrid Model is supported.

Edit ./help/discover/using/key-features.md. Compare the note with the linked hybrid-model and capabilities sections, then clarify that Hybrid ACC v7 is supported and note which Control Panel features are unavailable for Hybrid. Done when the note accurately covers Hybrid support and links to the relevant requirements.
