Description

Issue in ./help/stores-purchase/ups.md

Instructions are pretty poor on what to do with the UPS api change and how you get new credentials and what to do with those credentials.

Basically you have to create and app on ups developer site by following these instructions
https://developer.ups.com/get-started?loc=en_US

There is no mention that you use the client id and client secret from the new ups app you created as your new ups username and ups password in the ups shipping settings.

I had to contact Adobe Support and UPS API Support to figure this all out.

This could be explained so much better on what people should do both here and on this page ./help/troubleshooting/known-issues-patches-attached/ups-shipping-method-integration-migration-from-soap-to-restful-api.md

Research direction

Read help/stores-purchase/ups.md and help/troubleshooting/known-issues-patches-attached/ups-shipping-method-integration-migration-from-soap-to-restful-api.md, then follow the linked UPS developer instructions for context. Update both pages to explain creating a UPS app, obtaining its client ID and client secret, and entering those values as the UPS username and password. Done means merchants can complete the REST API credential migration without contacting support.
