code for PaaS only badge was pasted as content by mistake

you can see on the page where the PaaS only badge is displaying properly but further down you can see the code for it,

pretty sure what i have highlight in yellow just needs to be deleted.

Open help/systems/action-log-archive.md and inspect the section where the PaaS-only badge appears, including the highlighted content shown in the issue. Remove the duplicated badge code that is rendered as page content, then preview the page to confirm the badge displays properly once and no raw code remains.
