Description

Issue in ./help/v8/integrations/aem-content.md

Hello,

We have had several customers raise concerns that the documentation does not cover how to do the integration between Campaign V8 WebUI and AEM as a Cloud Service.

This shows which versions of AEM and are compatible with which version of Campaign https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/experience-manager-cloud-service/content/sites/integrations/campaign. It indicates at the top "This document describes integrating Adobe Campaign with AEM as a Cloud Service, the cloud-native AEM solution." However, it does not contain any details on how to perform that integration.

It has a "learn more" link https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign/campaign-v8/connect/ac-aem?lang=en but htat link take you to a page about teh V8 Client Console not hte WebUI.

This documentation just covers the V8 Client to AEM, not the WebUI to AEM as a Cloud Service https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/campaign-classic/using/integrating-with-adobe-experience-cloud/adobe-experience-manager/configuring-the-integration

This ticket has details where there seems to have been a successful setup completed: E-001572215

Thanks,
Michael

Research direction

Start with ./help/v8/integrations/aem-content.md and compare its current Client Console guidance with the linked AEM as a Cloud Service and Campaign documentation. Use the successful setup details referenced as E-001572215 to determine the WebUI integration steps; done means the page documents that integration and no longer directs WebUI users to Client Console guidance.
