FAQ Overhaul

The[ FAQ page](https://developer.adobe.com/app-builder/docs/overview/faq/) needs a fresh coat of paint.

Couple items off the top that need to be addressed:
- Do we now have pricing / licensing information?
- I assume we're no longer in pre-release, do we need to update the "How to get access" question?
- We probably need template info somewhere in here

Start with the FAQ page at https://developer.adobe.com/app-builder/docs/overview/faq/. Verify the current pricing or licensing information, whether access is still pre-release, and where template information belongs. Done means the FAQ answers these questions accurately and reflects the current App Builder offering.
