Debugging and lifecycle metrics shows code for the wrong OS

### What's wrong with the content?

The first chapter is about debug levels. The code section shows code about lifecycle tracking, though.
And it shows iOS code in the Android tab.

### What changes do you propose?

* Move the lifecycle code to the second chapter "lifecycle metrics"
* Android and iOS code snippets should be in their respective tabs

Open the enable-debug-logging page and compare the first debug-levels chapter with the lifecycle metrics chapter. Move the lifecycle code to the lifecycle metrics chapter and ensure the Android and iOS snippets appear under their respective tabs; verify the rendered page and both code tabs.
