The 3rd item in the list:

leads to a 404 page on Experience League.

I think this link can just be removed, since looking at the Experience League page for getting started's Configure the Places extension: https://experienceleague.adobe.com/en/docs/places/using/getting-started#configure-the-places-extension

it actually points back to the Mobile SDK docs page overview for implementation

Open the Location Service (Places) SDK overview page and inspect the “Additional Location Service resources” section, especially its third link. Remove or otherwise resolve the broken Places SDK implementation link, then verify that the section no longer points to the reported 404 page.
