Description

### Is there an existing issue for this?

- [X] I have searched the existing issues

### Which topic?

https://developer.adobe.com/client-sdks/documentation/getting-started/create-a-mobile-property/#log-in-to-the-data-collection-ui

### What's wrong with the content?

The section contains in obsolete step. Today it reads:

> **Log in to the Data Collection UI**

> After Data Collection UI rights have been added to your Adobe ID, log in to the Data Collection UI. You can do this by going to the [Data Collection UI](https://experience.adobe.com/#/data-collection) directly or by logging in to the [Experience Cloud](https://experiencecloud.adobe.com/), **navigating to the Activation page,** and selecting the Data Collection UI.

Actually, I can reach Data Collection UI directly from Experience Cloud.

### What changes do you propose?

Omit the step
navigating to the Activation page,

Changing the section into
> **Log in to the Data Collection UI**

> After Data Collection UI rights have been added to your Adobe ID, log in to the Data Collection UI. You can do this by going to the [Data Collection UI](https://experience.adobe.com/#/data-collection) directly or by logging in to the [Experience Cloud](https://experiencecloud.adobe.com/), and selecting the Data Collection UI.

### Anything else that can help to cover this?

Research direction

Open the linked “Create a mobile property” documentation page and locate the “Log in to the Data Collection UI” section. Remove the obsolete reference to navigating to the Activation page, then verify that the direct Data Collection and Experience Cloud login paths remain accurate and the rendered wording matches the proposed text.
