1. The mentioned 3YC discount level will not be applicable for always all the customers. Like EDU customer even after joining 3YC cannot obtain a 3YC discount level. Only regular volume discount level will be applicable for a EDU customer.
2. Not all the products will contribute for the 3YC discount level calculation. For stock or term licenses products will not be considered for 3YC discount level calculation.

Open src/pages/docs/customer_account/three_year_commit.md and locate the statements about 3YC discount eligibility and calculation. Compare them with the issue’s EDU, stock-license, and term-license exceptions, then update the documentation so both limitations are explicit. Done means the page no longer presents the discount as universal.
