Integration of Tauri for Desktop Compatibility and Semver Bump to 1.0.0

**Description**

Our application currently focuses on web-based functionality, but we recognize the need to expand its reach by providing a native desktop version. To achieve this, we plan to integrate [Tauri](https://tauri.studio/), a framework that allows us to create cross-platform native desktop applications using web technologies. The integration of Tauri will enable us to enhance the user experience and performance of the application when used as a desktop application.

**Objective**

The objective of this issue is twofold:
1. Integrate Tauri into our application to enable desktop compatibility.
2. Bump the Semantic Version (Semver) to 1.0.0, signifying a major release milestone with the addition of desktop compatibility.

**Tasks**

1. **Tauri Integration:** We will begin by researching and implementing the integration of Tauri into our existing application. This will involve configuring Tauri with our codebase and utilizing its features to provide a seamless desktop experience.

2. **Desktop Compatibility Testing:** After the integration, we will conduct rigorous testing to ensure that the application functions flawlessly as a desktop application. We will verify that all web-based features are compatible and optimized for the desktop environment.

3. **User Experience Enhancement:** With Tauri in place, we will focus on enhancing the user experience for desktop users. This may include improvements to UI elements, navigation, and responsiveness in the desktop layout.
