## Overview

The README provides an excellent roadmap for the development of the Super-Todo project, but it currently lacks detailed setup instructions for beginners who may not be familiar with setting up a MERN stack application.

## Suggestion

I suggest expanding the documentation to include step-by-step setup instructions for the following:

1. Prerequisites (e.g., Node.js, npm, MongoDB, etc.)
2. Detailed instructions on how to initialize the npm workspaces and structure the project.
3. How to install dependencies for both the API and Web apps after cloning the repository.
4. Instructions on how to run the server and client-side applications locally, including any necessary environment variables.

This addition will greatly enhance the onboarding experience for new contributors and users, making it easier for them to get started with the project.

- New contributors can start contributing quickly without getting lost.
- Improves accessibility for users unfamiliar with the tech stack.
