AdGuard VPN for iOS 2.8.1
### Environment
iPhone, iOS 26.0.1
Mobile carrier: Vodafone IT, Vodafone DE, AT&T
### How to reproduce
#### Prerequisites
- RCS messaging option is supported by mobile carrier
- RCS messaging toggle is turned off
- AdGuard VPN is connected to any location
#### Steps
1. Go to System settings -> Apps -> Messages -> RCS Messaging.
2. Enable the `RCS Messaging` toggle.
### Expected behaviour
The RCS Messaging is enabled successfully.
### Actual behaviour
The RCS Messaging freezes in the 'Waiting for activation...' state.
