AdGuard VPN Protocol - QUIC has internet connectivity issue

### Environment

- OS: iOS 18.5
- Device: iPhone 15 pro max and 14 pro max

### Operating mode

VPN

### Exclusions mode

None, AdGuard VPN app works in integrated mode

### Which DNS server do you use?

Custom DNS

### Custom DNS

I am using Private AdGuard DNS with my own settings. Purchased AdGuard DNS subscription and using custom profile.

### Issue Details

Steps to reproduce:
Choose AdGuard VPN Protocol under Low Level Settings - HTTP Then open JioHotstar IOS app Then JioHotstar will work smooth and won't be able to detect VPN.
Choose AdGuard VPN Protocol under Low Level Settings - QUIC Then open JioHotstar IOS app Then JioHotstar app won't load at all and say VPN Detected.

There is 100% issue with QUIC protocol. Ideally both should work same.
