Forced to enable all annoyances filters

For my setup, I purposely leave the Widget filter disabled (and all others enabled), as I often need to use live chat widgets on websites.

However, if I want to report a cookie banner (for example), I'm forced to select **all** Annoyance filters to proceed with the report.

As seen in the screenshot, the error message at the moment is too vague and suggests “enabling them”, even though you aren’t told which ones (and may mistaken users to double-enable the older bulk annoyances filter).

Perhaps this behaviour could be relaxed a little bit, such as only checking if the user has at least one type of annoyances filter enabled, or expanding the report type to the different annoyances (e.g selecting ‘Missed Cookie Notice’ at the start, then only force check that the AdGuard Cookie Notices filter is enabled).
