Include HTTPS filtering status for Windows/Mac apps too

IIRC, last time I asked about the title the answer was something like "Not needed, as it's enabled by default". Sorry if my memory is wrong, but I can say this is not the case, I have to manually enable the feature via a small popup on the main menu. There are reports like https://github.com/AdguardTeam/AdguardFilters/issues/216595 which we'll quickly tell the cause if the status is included.
