**Steps to reproduce:**
1. Launch AdGuard for Android
2. Enable DNS protection, DNS filters and AdGuard DNS filter
3. Go to Support -> Report incorrect blocking
4. Check the URL, it has parameter DNS.filters_enabled=true
5. Go to the step Share your settings
**Expected Behavior**: In section "Do you use any DNS filters" the answer is Yes
**Actual Behavior**: In section "Do you use any DNS filters" the answer is No
